Hi there,
We've got two releases rolling out week of 13 July and we wanted to let you know about them.
1. Navigation & menu enhancements — Getting around Tacklit now takes fewer clicks. A clearer left-hand nav with hover labels and adaptive behaviour on smaller screens, a tidier control panel with grouped, collapsible sections, invoicing brought together in one place, and a rebuilt client profile menu organised into clear sections. Plus instant search across the control panel and client profile, the ability to pin up to five favourite menu items with hotkeys, and stronger support for episodic care.
2. A new form builder — Much more control over how forms are designed and how they feel to complete. Build with a real-time visual editor, add new question types (address, phone, multiple choice, ratings, sliders, dates, file upload, e-signature), set per-question rules and link answers to EMR fields, route respondents with conditional logic, break forms into pages and sections, preview on any device, apply your practice branding, and configure completion pages.
We hope you enjoy these new releases!
Hi there,
Inviting new team members just got a lot more visible. From the Team tab, you'll now see every invite you've sent sitting in a pending list so you can track who's still to accept, resend an invite, copy a sign-up link to drop into your own welcome email, or cancel an invite if plans change.
This will be available 7-May 2026.
Hi there,
Build your own branded letterheads and apply them to any letter. Perfect for practices who have specific branding needs or those with multiple clinicians, services, or brands under one workspace.
It's part of our ever evolving Tacklit T26 version - contact us to enable it on your account.

Hi there,
The client profile overview just got a lot more flexible. Superusers can now configure the overview grid to show exactly what matters to your service.
Add cards for invoices, appointments, referrals, and specific Client Data Fields like presenting issues or available days. No more clicking through to find the information you need between sessions.
Each card links through to the full detail tab, so you get the snapshot upfront and the detail one click away. The layout is set at the practice level, keeping things consistent for your whole team.
Prefer the old view? You can revert to the classic layout at any time.
Hi there,
We've just shipped Task Management in Tacklit. It's something many of you have asked for, and we're pleased to get it into your hands.
Until now, keeping track of follow-ups, admin actions, and clinical to-dos meant using something outside of Tacklit. Spreadsheets, sticky notes, Slack threads, or standalone task apps. That meant context lived in one place and your tasks lived in another. Things got missed.
Task Management fixes that. You can now create, assign, and track tasks directly within Tacklit, linked to the clients and groups they relate to.
Create tasks from scratch or use templates so common workflows take a few clicks instead of a few minutes. Assign tasks to clinicians or clients. Set priority levels, categories, and due dates. Link related tasks together when they're part of a coordinated workflow. Every change is tracked with a full audit trail, so you always know what happened and when.
Admins can configure task categories and subcategories to match how your practice actually works, and create reusable templates so the tasks your team creates regularly come pre-filled with the right details.
This feature is enabled per account on request. If you'd like it switched on, get in touch with our support team and we'll have it live for you quickly.
Hi there,
Stop tab-juggling. Side View lets you work two screens at once; compare assessments while writing notes, keep your calendar pinned while you navigate client files, or check a referral document without losing your place. We call it Side View
